Dialectic monism

I: FOUNDATIONS

1. Change is unchanging; the unchanging is change. This is the Logos.

2. Unchanging change is not purely cyclic, for repetition is changeless.

3. Transcending repetition, spontaneity is both random and progressive.

II: PHYSICS

4. Change is first potentiality and later actuality. The transition from potential to actual informs time and space, which are the antecedents of matter.

5. Manifesting spontaneous order and progression, change self-organizes the physical capacity to perceive itself with ever-increasing awareness.

III: EPISTEME

6. Change is understood in terms of distinctions. When perceiving itself, the unity of change becomes the universal dialectic of "this" and "that."

IV: PRAXIS

7. Spiritual practice consists of reconciling our perception of distinctions with the awareness of unity. We learn to see duality, yet experience oneness.

8. A society reflects the spiritual development of its individual members.

V: EXCELSIOR

9. Science reveals the world, art interprets it. Philosophy synthesizes both.

10. Our human destiny, through the arts and sciences, is a common ascent.
